Everyone on the shuttle was saying they thought it LEFT AT 5:30. What was supposed to be a 10 min ride to the airport, turned into us not arriving until closer to 6 AM. Had we known we also would be stopping at the hotel next door to pick up more people, we would have taken the 5:00 AM shuttle instead. Also we were told the airport shuttle left every hour and half hour, so when we signed up to leave on the 5:30 AM shuttle, we expected to leave the hotel at 5:30.not watch the driver sit in the van and only drive it up to the front door at 5:30.then he proceeded to load bags at a snail's pace. We were upgraded which meant a room on the 4th floor, which is private. Staff was friendly, room was decent, and the bed was comfy. We stayed one night here since we had an early morning flight the next day.
