That build has a lot of moving pieces and it's hard to get everything just so. Finding yourself in a group with a friendly wizard, especially, could really open the game up for you. Or better yet, try some online play with "legit" players. You could also stand to watch some gameplay-oriented videos. The Maxroll guide for wiz has a section at the bottom dedicated to console players that's worth review, too.
It's critically important that you use the mystic extensively and make good choices when doing so. I recommend you go back and review the Maxroll guides, paying special attention to the stat priorities for each item. Maybe not ancient, maybe no quadfecta gloves or trifecta shoulders/jewelry, but every key piece should have at least one desirable stat with another that's been rolled at the mystic. You're at the point now where every piece of gear should pretty much be dialed.
d3planner is such a powerful tool - I hope you begin to use it like a calculator to test out some options so you can see how your changes affect your builds. Gosh, you really put a lot of effort into getting your paper dolls setup! Mad respect, mate.
